I can't send a message from Viber through the order. I'm trying to click on the "Viber" icon but nothing happens, the mouse arrow starts blinking on hover.
In order to write to the client, you need to go to his card, and this button is active in the card, everything is ok.
Please see what could be the reason.

Hello. When you click on the viber icon, either in the specified process or in the client card, you are prompted to open this application. Perhaps the error appears after certain actions?
