Creating processes through telegram bot

We have set up a telegram bot that sends orders using api (through this account https://ubp.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/users/5404/)
Everything worked fine, here is an example of an order that was created via the telegram bot https://ubp.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/wow-yalinka/2828/edit/ until today
now we are trying to create an order through the bot
Bot sends orders to , but they are not created in OneBox
this is the error "There is no Telegram Chat ID in this process"
Help to understand this problem.

Good afternoon. This error is thrown by the "Send Telegram message" action. In order for the box to send a message to the telegram, it needs to know the id of the chat with the client and have the bot key. But the bot key can only work on one server (when connected on the second, it turns off as far as I remember). Therefore, instead of the "Send a Telegram message" action, you need to send some kind of request back to your server with the "Send request to api" action, and there already process it and work with the client's chat.
