We send the details through the Viber mass mailing for clients, indicate all the data in the message and attach the button, on androids this button is pressed normally, on iPhones it is not pressed. We tried to directly send a message from turbosms and it is sent normally, in turbosms support they answered that this is due to the fact that the problem is with the button link itself, namely in the clientid orderid client data. This data was added by revision, it is needed in order to open a chat with the client in the order and it was possible to correspond inside the order.

We want the button to be pressed on iPhones, no matter what form it will be, and the main thing is that the refinement with clientid and orderid works. Turbosms support made an assumption, they didn’t say for sure. Although we checked regular links are clicked normally...
