About the list of statuses, a response was received from support: "The list is up-to-date. Only statuses from the list will come via api."
So at the moment the list of available statuses is up to date

UPD: they still changed the list of sent statuses
These statuses will be returned by api request: delivered expired deleted undeliverable unknown rejected accepted read not_viber_user accepted
