Checking if a customer has Viber

Integration with a public account Viber + BSG World Viber is connected, we send messages to the client through them.
But we don’t know in advance whether the client has a viber, here I see 2 options:
1. Somehow check if there is a viber, maybe they have some method, or other ways, please tell me
2. We will generate processes for clients, put the action of sending a message to a viber, then there is a BSG action that checks the sending status, if the message is Read - we understand that the client has a viber by this number.
And then, depending on item 1 or item 2, we need to display some kind of “icon” in the client’s card + in the process, like an SMS button near the phone number, in order to understand that this client has a viber and we can write to him .

I don’t think that we will add an icon, but at least it is possible to finalize the setting for recording an additional client field according to the BSG status (and you already set an additional checkbox for yourself so that you can filter contacts by it later) - this setting will take 1 hour
