TTN novo' poshta disappear in orders

in the last couple of days, the TTN numbers of the new post began to disappear from the orders
I create a shipment, through the procedure I create a TTN, the box receives a TTN, I print a zebra... everything is fine. I transfer the BP to a new stage (packaged), everything is fine... then I take the parcel to the post office, they accept it there and the parcel goes.
in the morning, I look at the box and in the orders all the TTN have disappeared, accordingly, the BP does not switch to the next stages (shipped, delivered, does not send SMS) because the box does not see the TTN, does not see the traffic on the TTN.
here is an example of a test order made now... https://lums.crm-onebox.com/24178/
here is yesterday's order https://lums.crm-onebox.com/24160/

Answers:

Good afternoon. Install the application https://1b.app/ua/app/history/, then you can send the order to it and see who and under what circumstances overwrites the TTN number in the order

Lost TTNs disappear immediately after the transition to the next stage of BP

This means one of:
1. In your interface at the stage there are 2 deliverynote fields and you overwrite the value
2. The TTN is created on another page and then the order is saved on the 3rd page, after which the TTN number is overwritten
3. The TTN is overwritten by an action or procedure when moving to a stage. https://lums.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/workflowstatus/158/action/new/ for example, here there is an action of copying TTN from a subprocess (disabled), perhaps something similar exists in procedures.
All 3 options are an error in the power supply settings, i.e. TTN is frayed precisely because of interface settings or actions
