Does not switch stages depending on the status of TTN
Such a problem has arisen, it does not switch the stages of the business process depending on the status of the TTN in Nova Poshta. The current status of TTN: Preparing to be sent to... It has been established by DIs that at this status it should automatically switch to the next stage, but for some reason this does not happen

Most likely, you are getting an error when trying to switch the stage. The contact on whose behalf the switching takes place (if the responsible person is indicated in the process, then on his behalf) has no rights to this action. Judging by the log - at the stage where the switch is going, there is an action "Prohibit employees from switching the stage, except for the selected roles" and it is it that gives the error
