Good afternoon. The AfterpaymentOnGoodsCost is unavailable error means that you need to sign some kind of agreement with the IR, as far as I remember, this setting cannot be turned on just like that and you need to sign a certain agreement in order to use it later. Contact the NP and clarify this issue.

It is necessary to conclude an agreement with the new post office and Novapay
Create a Business account (just a business for a legal entity)
Create an apikey and add to the box and choose payment control in the synchronization settings.
