Thank you very much for the quick response :-) In our country, as far as I can see, the full name of the client is filled in automatically. Perhaps the error was related to the merging of clients? Now they found where this phone was, because before I could not find it in clients, I could not understand where it came from. And now I found that there was such a phone in the remote client. In the remote client, too, everything was cleaned just in case. Tested, it looks like it's set up correctly.
