Error when creating TTN

In the New Mail TTN process tab, I set the parameters for each place of departure, indicate the weight of 10 kg and the volume of 0.058 m³. When I try to create a TTN, I get an error that the department can accept no more than 1000 kg (Screen 1)
An error occurs only if you specify both weight and volume.
Specified weight or volume must not exceed 1000 kg
Please clarify why the error occurs?

There is a parameter volumetricVolume, this is the Volume of one place of departure in m.cube (screen 1), the unit there is 250 kg. In the request, the box sends 10 (screen 2) in this parameter, but it should send 0.058 (screen 3)
