Order statuses for UkrPoshta do not change automatically

Hello. When the TTN status is changed, the order statuses do not change. At the stage "Sent to the client", do not proceed further. TTN statuses are changing, but order statuses have stopped.

In the sequence settings everything is OK. Everything worked without problems before.

Hello. How did you add TTH to the process? If the TTN is not created through boxing, it should not be tracked.

Why shouldn't? I keep adding TTNs created by another service and everything was OK. It's only been a problem lately. TTH is monitored, its status is displayed, but does not change.
