but some orders of the process are constantly jumping every day, either for a return or for a refusal. because it sees both the status of the original send, which causes it to return to failure, and the status of the return send, which forces the return to be included.

Good afternoon. This should not happen because the status change occurs only once for one package status. Please give an example of an order where such jumps occurred more than 2 times (jumped to failure 2 times, for example) I'll see what's wrong with you

Your PSU is configured incorrectly. At the Waiting stage, the department has a stage deadline, after which the order jumps to the stage, and then actions are also configured for which the order jumps to the stage. That is why you get 2 jumps: one by your action, the second by the action of the NP

ok, then remove the action that switches the BP on the expiration of the stage so that the box switches the order only depending on the status of the process.
