Privat24 Autoclient not working

Question

One of the two Privat24 Autoclient automations stopped working.
They have the same API, and the rest of the settings, just different accounts.
Automation in which the account ends with **4662 does not work
If you register both accounts separated by a comma in one automation, then it works, but this is not suitable because you need to credit payments to different accounts (wallets) in the box, and for this we connect each account with a separate automation "Privat24 Autoclient Statement of Accounts"
Generated new ID and Token in private - didn't help.
Removed automation and re-created - did not help.
Still the same problem, one of the two Privat24 Autoclient automations does not pull payments.
How to fix the problem?

The system was unable to identify the customer and therefore could not create the payment. Try in the action settings to set the setting "If the client is not found in the system, then create a payment on"
