Automatic action "Recalculation of prices" does not work

The automatic action "Recalculation of prices" does not work. Apparently from 2021-02-24. In the server load control panel opposite "cron-day" there is no date of the last operation. Can you suggest what is the problem?

We have a slightly different problem. From February 19, 2021, the action began to work incompletely.
At the time specified in the action, prices are recalculated only for 1 category, instead of all.

The same as with Chernik, Lyudmila recalculates the 1st category. And every day is different. Manual start works.
