How to set up automation in the following situation:
The employee has a rate. Automated calculation of this rate every month is set up.
There was a need to give the employee an advance.
Through the finance tab, I created an outgoing payment for an employee.
How to make the final part of the process decrease by the amount of the advance paid?
And the other side of this question:
The employee receives salary in two payments twice a month: on the 20th he receives an advance in the form of half of the rate, on the 5th of the month following the salary, the employee receives the second part of the rate + a percentage of the spent BP.
How to set up such automation

change the direction of the business process to outbound (for the correct calculation of obligations)
post the outgoing payment in the appropriate process
then register your obligations for the amount of the process - and then they will decrease for you by the amount of outgoing payments - and you will see in the process how much you still have to pay in the form of obligations

Is it possible to form the salary process similarly for the previous month on the basis of the rate + show on the basis of KPI - and then make outgoing payments on the required dates?
