Hello. As far as I can see, you have 5 automatic actions for unloading payments from private. Is the problem with everyone or with some specific action?

The system sends a request to receive payments according to the settings specified in the action. The last payment to account UA78****4756 was received on the 20th, after this date - there are no payments to this account. Maybe they went to another?

You have indicated the account number from which the funds were last used. We have payments in banking, but they are not imported into the box. We did not change the settings and accounts, but the payments stopped uploading.

You have indicated the account number from which the funds were last used.
We have payments in banking, but they are not imported into the box.
We did not change the settings and accounts, but the payments stopped uploading.
Then you can contact Privat, so that they explain why when you request https://acp.privatbank.ua/api/proxy/transactions?startDate=01-12-2021&endDate=01-12-2021&acc=UA78****4756 they do not give any payment, the payment is received only if you specify startDate=20-11-2021 in the request
