No popup on call

Good afternoon.
When updating the system Mar 24 05:02:32 the server ran out of resources and the protection mechanisms in the kernel (kernel) "killed" the database process.
Then systemd restarted the database.
But since the update failed, then the automatic actions on your system did not work.
Now it should work.
