No, there is no such scheme from our side.
I know that Binotel has a "callback" widget, probably Kyivstar can have the same - ask their technical support.
After all, such things (checks for free operators, etc.) are logical to happen on the side of the PBX, and we receive webhooks about the start of a particular call.
