Unanswered does not interest me - no windows are shown on past calls. On entering there is no window? Does the user have a number registered to which they call, the status is Work, are the windows turned on?

You can check it in logging (incoming request from Kyivstar). If this is not the case, you need to check with Kyivstar whether they receive a request from us to start the call (maybe there is a problem specifically with the number of this user http://box2.technosite.com.ua/admin/shop/users/189/
