Good afternoon.
In your box, events are sent to the system using the PUSH method, events are sent to the system by your telephony server.
Because after installing the certificate, the link to the box has changed, instead of http it has become https and a redirect from http to https is enabled,
and your telephony server still sends PUSH on the http link, so the events stopped getting into the box.
There are two ways:
1) We turn off the redirect on the server, then the box will be available over an unencrypted connection.
2) You reconfigure PUSH-and from http to https on the telephony server.
