For example:
a) Here is the process XXX (link), it had to go to the stage by the action of HHH, because there are such and such settings in action.
b) Here is process YYY (link), it is created by activity YYY. It has nothing in the description, although in the action settings it is worth filling the description with such and such a value.

The Call process from the Call status was transferred to the To order status (changes the business process to Order and the New order stage).
After that, Box "on its own" transfers the process back to the Call and the status Familiarized with the information.

https://prnt.sc/vyej4e the process did not move by itself. An employee opened an order through the notification center and switched its status. Boxing does nothing on its own.
