I have a few questions regarding using phonet telephony in OneBox.

1. When an incoming or outgoing call is made, two identical call records are created.

2. When creating a process based on automation to handle a missed call, processes are created for all missed calls that have occurred, not for the last missed call.

1. These are not events, but simply calls. When a call is made, it is immediately shown to the X users who are connected to the line they are calling. 2. Well, there are as many tasks created as there are missed calls in events. What's wrong here?

Regarding the missing ones, the problem is that after each missing one, it adds not the specific one (the last one) but all the ones that are in the phonete

well, close the extra tasks and they will not be recreated
