The window does not appear when there is an incoming call

Good day.
Anyone else having the same problem?
Integration with the Kyivstar PBX is now partially working:
you can make outgoing calls by pressing the button in the Box,
but the window does not appear when there is an incoming call.
Previously, the service might not work at all.
The problem is on Kyivstar's side.
Repeats constantly and intermittently for 7-8 months.
Kyivstar is freezing.

Did you check the validity of the tokens in Kyivstar's personal account?

We contacted the CS, they said that they have technical work on the automatic switch until August 31.
But no one knows whether it is so, they call, they clarify something, the work seems to be done, but to no avail.
In the box, calls are recorded in Events, click to call also works. But there is no window (

I noticed that when calls are transferred to the application from the CS, then there are thick windows. It's empty now :(

The problems started back in December 2023
Then they started with an inspection in Box, but it turned out that the problems were on the side of the CS
Then the CS was repaired
Then two more times, when it broke, they started the check from Box, but now it is clear that the problem occurs at least once a month on the CS side, so I no longer check in Box

I only faced the fact that every 1st day they used to turn off the service for non-payment and everything stopped working :)
