The conversation recording does not appear in OneBox

We recently connected telephony from Binotel, we are still setting it up, perhaps we are missing something in the settings / nuances.
Please tell me, we can’t figure out why the recording of conversations is not being uploaded to our system, Binotel support shrugs and says: “everything should work.”

for the future, maybe someone will find it useful:
Binotel does not know how to immediately give away a file at the end of its conversation. When they push, they give a link to it, but at that second there is nothing on the link. They put it on some other server and the link in the push is not immediately available, so the box makes a request to receive the conversation immediately, then after 5 minutes, then after half an hour so that Binotel probably has time to put it on the server. This is why conversations do not appear immediately, but after some time.
