call not coming from CRM

I installed the integration, in the settings I entered the key and Zadarma code, then when I try to set the internal number, I get a white screen, not a single button works. Without an internal number, calls do not go ... Maybe I did something wrong, but you could avoid stupid questions if you attached a short instruction to your integration)))
