Good afternoon. Due to production needs, one of the employees has two working devices (telephony Asterix). Accordingly, the card contains two internal numbers. But unfortunately, the action Turn a call into a process does not work correctly. It is configured for one number, but in fact creates processes when calling to both numbers registered in the card. How to get out of the situation?

the problem is that all calls in the events are displayed as received by the first of the specified phone numbers (23). although in fact they come to two numbers 23 and 16
