Automatic action "Webasyst API / Import processes" does not work on weekends

From time to time we observe a problem with Webasyst integration - orders do not come to the box by the automatic action once a minute "Webasyst API / Import processes", and it is on weekends (Sat. and Sun.). And Import orders from Rozetka Seller API is the same. On Monday morning, all orders appear in the box, but for some reason not in chronological order and with the same creation time (for example, the last case at 01:03). The store is open and processes orders seven days a week, and this oddity is quite inconvenient. Where do our orders "walk" for the weekend and how can this be explained? Thank you!

Good afternoon. If something does not work on weekends and works on weekdays, most likely there is a problem with crons or api. Try to check the status of the crons in the "Server load panel" on the weekend. If the Minute Cron works, then the problem is in the api. To say for sure, it is necessary for our employee to go to your server on a day off and analyze the situation, it will take about 2 hours of revision.

At the same time, when new orders from Webasyst do not arrive in the box, the statuses of orders in Webasyst change through the same integration....

In particular, we tracked that the following actions did not work all day long (once a minute): Webasyst API / Import processes, Turn a letter into a process, Import orders from Rozetka Seller API. Obviously there is a problem with the cron, please tell me how to fix it?
