You configured the PSU somewhere incorrectly, I had such a problem. Look at this topic https://1b.app/ua/forum/for-tasks-orders/17769-za-sutki-znachitelno-vozrastaet-nomeratsiya-zadach/
This does not mean that transactions cannot be rolled back. We can put logs and find what exactly and at what stage throws an error, as a result of which transactions are rolled back, it will take about an hour of refinement. Bill?

Good afternoon. The situation is as follows: 1. The action once a minute "Import processes from opencart" creates an order 2. Switches it to the next status, there is the action “Create a subtask” 3. A subtask is created and apparently somewhere further on either the subtask crashes at its stage or the order itself is from opencart

An error at some stage is given by the action “Fill in the process or contact field”, some of the fields of the contact are filled in, but this contact has an incorrect full name in the card and the error “Check that the full name is entered is correct” is thrown.

No, I don’t get into the settings of your actions. I tell you why something works one way or another. Then the choice is yours to either remove the action or transfer it to another stage or do something else.
