Good afternoon. Most likely the problem is that the web version and the cron work with different versions of php and wkhtmltoimage is not installed on the version from which the cron is launched. You can try to install it on the server yourself or make sure that the crons start with the same version of php as the web. It can also be done by our system administrator, it will take 1 hour of revision. I do not give a 100% guarantee that this will work, but most likely the problem is this, since I have already encountered this on another project

We have the same problem. The action "Check out the document" is at the stage (not at the procedure). When translating to the stage manually, everything works correctly. But, when automatically switching to the stage through the action "Change the business process and stage depending on the fulfillment of conditions for the values of several fields" - the document is created, but not written to the file.

The procedures worked out normally, most likely the problem is in the responsible process. Try to put the first action at the "Formation" stage , I suspect that the error is due to the fact that at the time of the formation of the document the order does not have a responsible person. After that, create a test order with the Formation stage, for example, so that the transition works with the next hourly crown (I put logs, it will become clearer if it doesn’t work, why this happened).
