The app takes a very long time to load.

Why does everything take a very long time to load and lag in the "Client's Personal Account" application when configuring the interface? Literally after clicking any button (add block, configure block, select group, process, etc.) it takes 10-15 seconds to get any result

I don't see any freezes at all as indicated in your video.
Maybe this is some kind of problem related to the quality of your Internet connection?
And does it depend on the browser somehow? Have you checked on multiple devices?

Yes, I see the problem in the browser.
This is how it works in Safari. In Chrome it's broken and doesn't hang.
