The Chrome Box browser keeps asking for authorization (session up to 30 minutes)

They did "work with dynamic IP", it did not help, it still throws to the authorization page. After clicking "Login via Onebox ID", it simply enters the box without sending an SMS.
This happens in Chrome, Edge, FireFox, Opera, Vivaldi (also in incognito modes)
But in Brave and Internet Explorer, sessions are kept open for a long time.
