Added settings:
- when editing a payment "Set the payment client based on the link to the process when editing the payment";
- for copying a payment "Copy comment when dividing a payment into parts";
- payment split "Display recursively split payments in payment editing";
- access rights "Do not check access rights for adding a payment when splitting a payment into parts."
