Error while sending request to Checkbox

The checkbox does not know what kind of product it is - that's the error.
Simple solution - do not pass the code and that's it.

And how not to transfer the product code? in action there is no option to select emptiness
Or make the product field empty?

The code is not the problem.
There is a problem in setting "Submit "product ID from the product range" from the field:" - you are passing the ID from the product range, which is not on the Checkbox!
