Although reserved at the stage Work with the order completed http://joxi.ru/1A5YMZpszEOqMA, and then written off from the warehouse at the stage "Sent. written off" http://joxi.ru/DmBYwJDsgB1Xdr, if you look at the warehouse operations, then everything is OK - sale occurred (although it differs from other operations in that the Client field is not filled in, I don’t know why and whether it affects something)
Please check why the reserve remained?
