Switch stage when opening from calendar

Some employees have a problem in switching process stages for a long time, after a long search for the reason, I found out that it occurs precisely when the process is opened from the calendar and with a difficult interface, that is, I assume that either the structure of the holding company or Employee contacts interfere (that is, if the structure or contact list significant as in the example).

Maxim, nevertheless, under any rights (that is, for any employee), this process switches for a long time, but the problem is when opening it from the calendar, that is, if the process is opened completely (not on top of the calendar), the switching is faster. Regarding automation, I would not say that there is a lot of it, for example, on the video from the 8th second to the 18th, switching to the stage Issue a ZPKP https://crm.hlr.ua/admin/shop/workflowstatus/291/action/new/ there are few actions . Also, only some employees complain, which is why I assumed that the problem is either with the load on their calendar, or with the process client (that is, the process interface is loaded, since the Employee block and the Holding Company Structure block depend on the client). Could this be a problem?
