We have an event with a comment
We set up an action:
Create a task after adding a comment to an event
We expected that the task will be automatically set in the BP Simple task
because there is an event - an incoming call
it has a comment that was left in a pop-up window
but in fact, more than enough time has already passed,
but the task did not appear here:
/admin/customorder/issue/?workflowid=8&searchLine=
What could be the reason?

i went to the event
and added a comment in the box,

No, there is no error in the action, this action is designed specifically for the comments that users left specifically for the event.
At the moment when you write a comment in the pop-up window of the call, there is actually no event yet and will be created only at its end
