It is impossible to put 2 identical NP statuses at different stages of the same process. If you do this, then boxing may try to switch to one of the stages, get an error and that's it, there will be no more switching on the same stage.

Secondly:
"Appointment at the Kherson city" and "Appointment at the city..." are completely different tracking statuses. I think the differences can be seen if you compare the 2 names spelled and in the first replace Kherson with ...
