Good afternoon. Please tell me how to set up an action to automatically transfer the BP if the status of the BP does not change for some time, for example 4 days.
We have an automatic return of parcels by new mail on day 5, we want to do this if the order is not picked up on day 4, hangs at the "Sent" stage and is not transferred further, then the system switches from "Sent" to "Risk of return" on day 4 automatically.

Thank you, in principle it almost fits, but the situation turned out to be a little more complicated.
The condition must be met:
1. Stage BP "Sent"
2. The stage of the TTN of the parcel must be in the status "Arrived at the office"
3. From the moment the parcel arrives, a period of 3 days is set
4. If the stage has not changed to received, on the 4th day (from the moment the TTN stage was changed), the system switches from the "Sent" stage to the "Not picked up" stage
In simple words, we want that on the 4th day after the parcel arrived at the department, the stage would change.
How to implement such a mechanism?
