You need to add a contact to the contacts of the process with this action and then change it if it does not suit you with your hands. The second time the action will not add a contact. here is the action. It takes all contacts that have the value of the GUID additional field in the 1c code. The GUID of the client is not filled (empty), respectively, added to the contacts of all users whose code1s is empty (~ 56000) in the client's contacts. This is what caused problems.
We added a restriction to not add users if more than a thousand of them were found.
Tell me, is it possible to correct so that with empty values of the additional field, the action does not work? The action itself is disabled
