Calculating the time spent on a task?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me how to correctly calculate the time spent on a task, when an employee can complete it in several iterations (for example, he worked for an hour, then another half hour, and another hour).
We tried the following option: the process procedure for pressing the buttons is set up - the start and end of the time report and I get some strange result:
Task example: https://sapfg.1b.app/7597/
Start: 2022-02-09 14:21:44 Stop: 2022-02-09 14:26:49
In the comments: Time spent: 5 minutes, 4.8 seconds - CORRECT
Timelog: 0.08 - why such a value? How many minutes is this?
Start: 2022-02-09 15:18:02 Stop: 2022-02-09 15:22:28
In the comments: Time spent: 4 minutes, 25.8 seconds - where is this value stored? in which variable?
Timelog: 0.16 - why such a value? does 5 min 4 s and 4 min 25 s add up here?
Start: did not press Stop: 2022-02-09 15:24:16

Timelog: 0.31 - where does this value come from?

This time is in hours, i.e. minutes divided by 60
5.04 + 4.25 = 9.3 min
9.3 / 60 = 0.155, after rounding 0.16

This option is suitable, it is the simplest and most obvious

I had to do some procedures to convert hours and minutes to the "usual form" ))

Sukhanitsky Andrey Andrey, thank you for your reply!
I need the timing in minutes, but the problem is that when I convert Timelog to minutes, I get the wrong values.
0.08 *60= 4.8 min, but should be 5.06 min. At the same time, in the comments there is exact data from somewhere. Maybe there is some other variable?
if not, I'll just round the values up.

is it possible to add a setting to this variable so that the pure display translates into a more familiar appearance?
for example, several display options could be:
current as is - 1.2
pure minutes - 72 min
hours + minutes - 1h 12m

I hope someday in boxing the problem with displaying the time and date will be solved)))
