Hello, in the business process there is a date-time display - what time did the transition to each stage take place .. Tell me how to upload these dates to Excel for processes with a list of stages and dates in columns ....? Thank you, but is it possible to estimate the cost of finalizing the export to Excel for the selected processes (filter for the period)?

This functionality is very time-consuming in terms of resources (after all, each system can have hundreds of millions of records on the history of process changes), and therefore I am not sure that it will be convenient to use and useful. If, for example, you need to do this for a certain period of time for a specific business process, maybe it’s better to consider developing an action that will generate a file during this period at night (for example, once a month / day, depending on your requirements)?

We need information on the business process: how long at what stage the processes were for the period by the date of creation. but we don’t want to add additional fields, since there are a lot of stages and it turns out that we need to add a lot of additional fields to fix the duration of the stage with the action .... And the dates at which stage the process was already there, why not build a report from this information ...

You can make a report block in the report designer, and there it will be available to upload it to XLS in the form in which it is. Are you interested in certain stages? Can you describe with an example what columns are needed in the end in the report?

We have bp workflow56 Interested in information on the period, the average time spent by the process at each stage ... For all stages, this BP is needed

But will you output a report line by line for each process, how long was it at the stage? or do you just need to see somewhere the average value for the BP how many existing processes are on average at a certain stage (the ratio "the amount of time spent at the stage for all BP processes / the number of BP processes")?

Not enough data to display in the context of the 1st business process in the form of a report. But how can you make a block in the report designer, which will be filtered by a specific business process (but you can additionally filter by other filters - creation period, responsible, etc.) - form a table where the first column will be all BP statuses, and the next - the average time spent by processes at the stages. The development of such a block will take about 8 hours. PS: well, then, probably, it could be improved - grouping by responsible, etc. (if it is not necessary initially - in this case 9h)

Thank you, another question, For example, according to the business process, the period to the date of addition, I select 500 processes for the last month. will the report show the average time spent at each stage (summed up the duration of each stage and divided by 500)?

yes, in the context of each of the stages (if there were only 300 out of 500 processes at the AAA stage, then it will be divided by 300, not 500)

we still have cases when the process is returned to the stage again, is this also taken into account?
yes, there will be 2 transitions per 1 process that is, 350 transitions for 300 processes, for example
