We use the Add comment to process action
According to the settings, the author of the comment is the Order Client
The comment must include the Customer Name of the order.
To do this, we use the variable [name_first] - Client name
But in fact, the variable substitutes the name of the Person Responsible for the task.
It seems like this is some kind of internal error, because regardless of who the author of the comment is, the variable ALWAYS substitutes the name of the person responsible.
Please help fix this error.
