Which fields are required and which are optional.

And the formula by which this indicator is calculated.

All fields are required except the last checkbox.
It works something like this: it takes the specified number of recent processes, takes the date of the first and last process and calculates the number of days between these two dates. It divides the number of days by the number of processes - it turns out that if you have 5 processes at the client and the date difference between the first and 5th is 10 days, then it will write the number 5 in the additional field. Thus, on average, you can calculate how many days the client creates a new process of a certain type and make some kind of forecast based on this data.
