Creating a TTN for another person
Good afternoon Tell me, please, what am I doing wrong?
There is a task in the order to create TTN not for the client, but for another person.
To do this, there are fields "Customer's full name" and "Customer phone" which are pulled up when creating a TT.
The problem is that I fill in these fields at the "New Order" stage, and at the next stage they are reset again.
How can I make this block work correctly and save the data entered there?

You still have the client's phone number in the Block. Test Test.
You need:
1. Create an additional field
2. In the interface, add this field, you can check the box "allow adding a new contact"
3. In the settings of Nova Poshta, select the additional field
