Congratulations. As a minimum, I recommend setting the "Action triggers when transitioning to a stage" setting - when starting the procedures, the actions that can be started when transitioning to a stage are launched.

the fact is that this tick was on from the very beginning and was not turned off.
That is, tasks simply stopped being set and that's it.
By the way, I checked periodically and the assignment of tasks for that week resumed by itself
I checked more than a few boxes with which I work with the same problem.
