what's happening:
1. Cron starts, takes 50 orders for itself and starts switching them at 9 am in turn to the status "Day3"
2. Switched 20 orders, it took 20 seconds for example
3. Someone comes in and pokes the switch to Paid
4. Cron reaches your order and switches it to the Day 3 status, because the status has not been switched in half a second before.
