It acts as a worker and eats one session (user)

I need to throw RestAPI so that an employee can log in.
As a result, the exchange does not work from 1s.
And do I understand correctly that there will be no exchange with Openkart? Because it also stopped working (perhaps just a coincidence)
Why does this happen? Shouldn't the API work somehow differently and not occupy a single user? At MVP, we managed to work with as many employees as was possible according to our tariff, but the exchange with 1s also worked.

Good afternoon. When using the api, a user license is always used and has been used. If you don't have a free license at the time of the api request, the request will fail. In simple terms, you must always have one free license to use the api.
The exchange with opencart does not use the rest api of the side, so this is not related.
