We encountered that CRM does not send anything to our API at the "Submitted" order stage https://box.peresvitbrand.com/admin/shop/workflowstatus/321/action/new/
Our logs do not record the receipt of any data from CRM specifically for this event. Please help me figure out why sending data is not working. Thanks

Good afternoon. You have a checkbox "Run action after editing the process", i.e. the action only fires when the process is edited at that stage. If you uncheck the box, it will also run when you go to the stage
