How it works «WhatsApp Chat-Api» #

It allows to integrate your OneBox with Whatsapp communication service.


  • Whatsapp messages will be converted to OneBox processes with the help of automatic action;
  • ability to send messages from OneBox to Whatsapp.
  • To get access to Whatsapp, you would need to have an active account on the chat-api.com service.

To receive new messages in your chat-api.com account, save the link for webhook and activate receiving of required notifications. You would also need to fill  the Chat-Api API URL for Whatsapp and Chat-Api API Token for Whatsapp fields out in the app settings.
