It allows to review all events, which take place in the system. You can see the calls, text messages and messages from the enabled messengers. All the information is displayed in a general window. There is a filtering pane in the left part of the screen and you'll be able to choose what to display, which period and bundle to include. The app stores all the conversation history and is linked to the contacts, who committed the event (email, call, text message etc.). You can configure the custom access permissions for events for every employee.
